アジア人口学会（Asian Population Association, 会長：林玲子 国立社会保障・人口問題研究所 所長）の第6回大会が、2024年11月27日から30日にかけてネパールのカトマンズ市内にあるThe Soaltee Hotel にて開催された。当研究所からは、林玲子（所長）、岩澤美帆（人口動向研究部長）、中川雅貴（国際関係部室長）が参加し、それぞれ以下の研究発表及び討論を行った。
