On 31st October 2023, Dr. Carsten LINNEMANN, Member of the German Bundestag / Secretary General of the Christian Democratic Union（CDU）visited IPSS.
IPSS Director-General Kuniaki TANABE, with Dr Miho IWASAWA (Director, Department of Population Dynamics Research) and Dr Masataka NAKAGAWA (Senior Researcher, Department of International Research and Cooperation) welcomed the delegation and discussed issues over the social security systems, population trends and prospects, and immigration policy and employment of foreign workers.
