From 23rd to 25th August 2016, Dr. Reiko Hayashi, Director of International Research and Cooperation of IPSS participated as observer to the 8th National Workshop on Civil Registration in Philippines, organized by the Philippines Statistics Authority in Iloilo, Philippines.
