INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY CONFERENCE 2015, Kuala Lumpur and visit to IMF Regional Training Institute, Singapore, May 18-22, 2015

Prof. Akira MORITA, Director General and Itaru SATO (Department of Theoretical Social Security Research) participated in International Social Security Conference 2015 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 19 May 2015 and made following reports;
(1) “The Economic and Social Impacts of Depopulation in Japan and Its Consequences to Global Economy”, which is the report of the social and economic circumstances in Japan.
(2) “Re-employment policy in Japan - Progress and Challenges”, which is the report of the aging society in Japan and the policy for re-employment.

In Singapore, they visited IMF Regional Training Institute and received the explanation about political economic situation in Singapore and Southeastern Asia.
