KAKEHASHI Project - The second visit of young researchers of U.S. think tanks

On 13th March 2018, young researchers of U.S. think tanks (Brookings, Center for American Progress (CAP), Center for a New American Security (CNAS), Center for Strategic & International studies (CSIS)) visited IPSS by the KAKEHASHI Project conducted by the Japan Foundation and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Dr. Reiko Hayashi, Director of Department of International Research and Cooperation gave brief presentation on Japanese declining population and migration policy, and measures to ease the low fertility, followed by a discussion with participants.
